Hi, I’m Tughluq Tahir, and taking the Okyan.ca coding course has been a transformative experience for me. Before the course, I was fascinated by technology but didn’t know how to channel that interest. Okyan.ca gave me the foundation I needed, teaching me how to build and design websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. These skills led to my election as the website manager in our student senate, where I now manage our school’s online presence.
But the impact of Okyan.ca went beyond technical skills. The course taught me invaluable lessons in perseverance, problem-solving, and collaboration—values that have shaped how I approach challenges both in and out of school. These lessons have boosted my confidence and determination, helping me tackle new projects with ease.
Looking ahead, I feel more prepared for the future than ever. The coding skills and life lessons I gained from Okyan.ca have set me on a path to success, and I’m excited to continue growing in this field. The course didn’t just teach me how to code—it helped me discover my potential and gave me the tools to shape my future.

Greetings, my name is Burak Korkmaz. Enrolling in the Okyan.ca coding school was an amazing decision of mine. Most of my knowledge in this field is because of Oykan.ca which has also engorged my interest in Technology. The Okyan.ca program has been amazing so far and has helped me learn so much. One day I plan to become a programmer and because of this program, I feel more confident in this field.
The courses provided in the Okyan.ca coding school have also helped me out in school with problem-solving and collaboration. I’d like to know where this course brings me and thanks to this program I’ve been able to learn many different technologies like HTML, CSS, JS, and Github just to include a few. Meet Almas Ataman
Currently Studying at Toronto Metropolitan University
Studied at Okyan for 3 Years
My name is Almas Ataman and I was enrolled in the Okyan.ca coding course for 2+ years. Before the Okyan.ca course, I had a strong foundation in coding; with over a year of experience in Python and the knowledge on how to use many Python libraries. I participated in Okyan.ca to grow further and challenge myself, diving deep into web development. Okyan allowed me to further my education and pursue my passion for coding, giving me an amazing unique learning experience that cannot be found easily!
Through the Okyan.ca course, I was able to grow from a beginner in Web Development, learning basic languages such as HTML and CSS to becoming a capable Web Developer, well versed in using professional tools such as jQuery, React, Bootstrap, and building a strong understanding of JavaScript (the most used coding language in the world). These are just a few of the various technical skills taught throughout the course, learning many others such as JSON files, using FileZilla, GitHub, etc.
The Okyan.ca course is not only a place to develop technical skills but also interpersonal skills. Learning how to problem-solve, critical thinking, patience, and more. Thanks to the course I was able to experience at an early stage in my coding journey how to work as a team on a project benefiting me greatly with my future projects. Being a leader within the course, I was able to experience how to lead and manage a group. As a leader, I was able to learn invaluable communication skills by communicating with my peers and presenting my various projects to a large group of people.
Participating in the course at an early part of my coding journey has given me an edge over others, giving me various unique projects, as well as technical and interpersonal skills. I am deeply passionate about the future of Okyan.ca and believe it is an opportunity everyone should experience!

Meet Oghuz Ali Kashgari
Currently Studying at The University Of Toronto
Studied at Okyan for 3 Years
Hello, I’m Oghuz, and I would like to talk as a former student, I want to talk about how Okyan.ca has affected my life academically and personally. Always being told about the importance of understanding programming in the modern age, and how more significant it’s going to get in the future, I always felt some sort of urgency to learn how to program.
Being a part of Okyan.ca taught me skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which allowed me to excel in the Okyan.ca classes. When I started learning Java in my grade 11 classes in high school, I was extremely familiar with the similar language as with the JavaScript language taught at Okyan.ca, allowing me to easily course material, giving me a 96% in that class with ease.
Due to how well I did in my computer science class thanks to Okyan.ca, I began to be more competitive in school, and was willing to push myself academically. This turned out to be one of the best things to happen for me, as it helped me succeed in school, and get offers in University for programs like Business Management, Electric Engineering, and Computer Science.
